These Terms govern your use of prime55.net (the “Site”), operated by Prime55 (“Prime55,” “we,” “us”), including the waitlist and interactive demo. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. What Prime55 is today
Prime55 is a text-message tool that helps restaurant operators track prime cost (food + labor as a share of sales). The Site currently offers a waitlist and an interactive demo. The product is in pre-launch; features, pricing, and availability may change, and joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or guarantee access.
2. Illustrative figures & demo data
Benchmarks and figures shown on the Site (such as the 55% prime-cost target and typical cost ranges) are general industry references for illustration only. The demo dashboard uses simulated sample data, not real business results. Nothing on the Site is a promise of specific savings, profit, or outcomes — your results depend on your own operations.
3. Using the Site
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it, or misuse the demo. You’re responsible for the security of any device or number you use to interact with Prime55.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, branding, and design are owned by Prime55 or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
5. No warranty
The Site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any benchmark or estimate will apply to your business.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime55 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information on it.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Prime55 operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
